1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms are a contract between you and the seller identified below.

RICSIC AI, a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Noor Ahmad ("RICSIC AI", "we", "us"), operates the website ricsic.live and the RICSIC AI persona service (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using RICSIC AI on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

2. What the Service does

RICSIC AI lets you build an AI persona trained on the information you provide — your resume, bio, documents, catalogue, prices or custom Q&A — and share it on a public link so visitors can chat with it. Optional features include lead capture, booking, voice mode and analytics. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have selected.

3. Your content and responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
• You must own or have the rights to any content you upload, and are responsible for what your AI persona publishes.
• You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display your content solely to operate the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or for spam;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights, or impersonate another person or business;
• upload malware, probe or interfere with our security, scrape the Service, or circumvent technical limits;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service;
• generate hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, deceptive (including deepfake) or otherwise prohibited content.

5. AI-generated output

• Responses are generated by AI from the material you supply and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
• Output is not professional advice. If your persona covers medical, legal, financial or similar topics, you are responsible for human oversight and for any disclaimers your profession requires.
• You are responsible for the prompts, source material and how outputs are used, and for verifying accuracy before relying on them.
• We may filter, restrict, remove content or refuse outputs, and we act on rights-holder complaints sent to ricsic.business@gmail.com. Repeat infringement leads to account termination.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the Service, including its software, documentation, design and branding. You retain ownership of the content you upload.

7. Payments, subscriptions and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you selected until cancelled. Billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Prices may change; we will notify subscribers in the app before any increase takes effect, and the new price applies from the next billing period.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep RICSIC AI online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, and maintenance or third-party outages can affect availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time. On termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we exclude indirect, consequential or special damages including loss of profit, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. General

• You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger or acquisition.
• Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where the seller is established, and disputes are subject to the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
• We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
